Introducing the P.F.V. - Phone. Flask. Vest.

This pack is one of the most fun packs we've designed. The fit is awesome for mountain biking, running, and obstacle course racing. It's designed to hold the essentials and not much more. As you can see from the pics, we minimized the amount of material on your body to achieve maximum breathability. The soft flask holder up front is great for 450ml and 600ml soft flasks (it comes with a 450ml). Then the pocket on the outside of it holds your smart phone wonderfully. On the right side is a shoulder pocket for electrolytes and backup nutrition. On the left side is a dust cover for the bite valve (our OCR people will dig that!). The back has shock cord to hold a jacket, and a small pocket perfect for small bags and sticks of nutrition.

Sizing: Less than a 40" chest diameter, size S/M. 41" to 54" size L/XL.

Pack weight without flask: 7.3 oz.

Patent Pending / Made in Vietnam

A longer straw and larger flask

Love this vest. I have been running only a short time, and recent months have been in an Arkansas summer that is in the 90s by 8am. By the time I finish I am gasping for water. This vest made a huge difference in being able to stretch my distances further and further. It is light enough to run without much added weight. Can be tightened so it does not move around much while running. These are not complaints but The flask that comes with it is pretty small, which helps the weight. And it is advertised as not long distance. So this is ok. My straw could be an inch or two longer. Just to make it a little easier to access. But other than that. This is great! I wore it to a Conquer the Gauntlet obstacle course two weeks ago, and barely knew it was there. Had water and an energy bar in reserve thanks to the vest. But this!

Worlds best hydration packs

I have purchased two hydration packs and love them both, the fit is amazing, no rubbing, bouncing, or sloshing. I couldn’t be happier with them

PFV

Ive been looking for a way to carry a small amount of water (about 12-15oz), because my running belt only held 3oz, and I found that it was extremely helpful during 10K runs. I found a picture of the PFV and researched it extensively until I figured out what it was and who made it. I was a little hesitant at the price but then I saw that demo models were selling for about half. I figured at $50 I had to give it a try. While I have been carrying Camelbaks around since the mid-90s I sweat a lot and hate having that much extra stuff on my torso. The PFV is small enough that it doesn't cause any extra amount of heat / sweat build-up, and supplies enough water for more than 6 miles even on really hot days. I even found myself wishing I had worn it instead of my 50oz Camelbak Flash-Flo on a recent bike ride. The small size of even the XL fit me fine (Im 6-2 and 230lbs), but it is a little awkward to don and doff. There are minor tweaks I would like to see but overall it is very well thought out, designed, and made.

Awesome short distance pack

I really like the pack and have used it for several races of 10 miles or less. It doesn't move too much, is comfortable and I like not having to use a handheld. The shoulder pocket is nice for having some pre or post race fuel handy. The flask is easy to access and refill at an aid station. My only issue is with the bite valve not staying under the cover like it is advertised to do. The straw is too short for this to work properly and it only gets worse as the flask becomes empty and sinks into the pocket. It's not an issue for me when I'm racing road or trail but I was hoping to use this pack for OCR as advertised but don't see that happening since the bite valve won't stay under the cover. Overall, it's an awesome pack that I have used many times and will continue to use for short, hot runs. I would give it 5 stars if it worked as advertised.
